These activities will result in significant skill enhancements among all participants for transnational teamwork. Specifically, preschool teachers have seen improvements in various areas. They have increased skills and competencies in utilizing the Developed Educational Concept based on learning through “case studies.” Moreover, they have developed enhanced digital skills and competencies for integrating Open Educational Resources (OER) into their daily teaching practices.

Additionally, preschool teachers will acquire greater proficiency in transnational cooperation through the eTwinning platform. They will also improve their abilities in implementing methodologies and strategies for addressing various challenges, such as aggressive behavior in children and phenomena like discrimination and deviant behavior. Furthermore, they will gain skills for recognizing and addressing increased aggressiveness and intolerance in children.

These teaching and learning activities will not only focus on enhancing the skills of preschool teachers but also on improving the abilities of current and future generations of children. Children willbe better equipped with skills such as teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving, and they have increased interest in health-related challenges.
